A former student of pianist JoAnne Brackeen, the unique jazz style of guitarist Bill Farrish has been wowing New York audiences since 1988. Bill consistently demonstrates the ability to instantly switch between dizzying single line solos and lush chordal textures in the blink of an eye . His original compositions reflect a deep knowledge of the jazz tradition while pushing forward into new areas of exploration. With the release "Dialogue" Bill is well on his way to establishing himself as a new creative voice in jazz.

The original style of guitarist Bill Farrish is difficult to categorize because the flavor of his music can range from traditional to modern. It is up to the listener to decide what label to assign. Whatever it is, it will come about because Bill’s style and music will be remembered long after the last note has been heard.
